Replacements, Refunds or Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective #tag, first of all, we’re sorry and we'd like to fix this as quickly as we can and we’ll send you a replacement #tag. If you'd like to exchange a #tag for a different colour, send us an e-mail (see address, below) and we'll sort this out . . .

As long as the #tags were/are:

• Purchased from us directly (Products sold via retailers and opticians must be returned to the point of sale where their own returns policy comes into play
• Returned within 10 working days of delivery
• In the best possible condition and in original packaging: a single 1st or 2nd class standard letter envelope stamp will suffice
